There have also been a number of Boardroom changes implemented to coincide with our move to Citywest. Norman MacLachlan and Cliff Kennedy have both stood down as Chairperson and Managing Director respectively of the company but will remain on as directors.
We are pleased to announce that Denis McCarthy will be the company’s new Chairperson while Peter MacLachlan has been appointed Managing Director. It is an historic moment in the firm as Norman has been the Senior Partner/Chairperson since he founded the firm over 51 years ago. In welcoming the new appointments, Norman commented “The directors are delighted to make these appointments and I have every confidence that Denis and Peter will continue successfully to service our clients’ needs and develop a growth and expansion strategy in the months and years ahead”.
