Creative designs are a form of intellectual property belonging to their creator. If you have created something such as a new look for a product, clothes or a design that can go on clothes, jewellery etc, this may be something you have the exclusive rights to. The design that you have created must be new when the registration application is filed, and must not already exist in any product on the market.
