Information for Attorneys

We can file Irish, United Kingdom and European Union design applications for you at short notice.

The requirements for filing Irish, United Kingdom or European Union design applications are:

  • Applicant’s name, address and nationality

  • Representations of the design (drawings or photographs)

  • The name(s) and address(es) of the author(s) of the design

  • Details of claim to priority, if any, and of any assignments, if the priority application was not filed in the name of the applicant

  • An indication of the product(s) to which the design is to be applied.

Ireland and EU design applications can be filed for single designs or for multiple designs. For more information, please contact us.
