We are delighted to announce that Carla MacLachlan, Director and Trade Mark Attorney, has been working at MacLachlan & Donaldson for 30 years now.
She began as a trainee Trade Mark Attorney and has worked with the firm to become an expert Trade Mark Attorney with years of experience and a deep expertise in safeguarding the Intellectual Property of clients, whether single trade marks or full portfolios.
Carla is a driving force in the trade mark team, and also as a director, working with her fellow directors to set M&D’s vision and strategy.
Carla recently took on the role of Secretary in APTMA Ireland, the professional Association for Patent and Trade Mark Attorneys.
