According to the INTA’s website, the INTA Annual Meeting continues to grow and over 10,000 delegates from the global IP community will be attending. The website goes on to say:
“For the 2017 Annual Meeting, attendees include brand management professionals, C-level executives, general counsel, government officials from IP offices and customs agencies, IP economists, academics, media, judges, trademark and other intellectual property professionals from around the world. This year’s meeting features not only the largest and most diverse group of attendees, but also programming that covers a wide array of trademark and brand related topics”.
Among the attendees will be Peter MacLachlan from our office. This is Peter’s fifth time attending the Annual Meeting, which is usually held in the United States and he is looking forward to meeting his IP colleagues from across the globe to discuss the latest IP developments and to renew old acquaintances.
